Quick answer
Alpaca is not supported for copy trading with RelayTrades today. Alpaca is not available as a trading connection through the brokerage layer RelayTrades uses, and Alpaca separately requires trading applications to hold their own approved Alpaca credentials. For hands-off copying, connect an execution-enabled broker such as E*TRADE, Webull, tastytrade, Public, Moomoo, or Wealthsimple. On those, copied orders route into your own account within the limits you set, your funds never leave your broker, and you keep a one-tap kill switch.

Alpaca is not one of the brokerages RelayTrades can place copied orders in today. We would rather say that plainly than list a broker we cannot actually trade.
Why Alpaca is not supported
Alpaca is not available as a trading connection through the brokerage layer RelayTrades uses, and Alpaca separately requires trading applications to hold their own approved Alpaca credentials. Alpaca’s review process for third-party trading applications is strict about copy trading specifically, so this is not a short wait we expect to end soon.
Which brokers do work
Copied orders route into your own account at these brokerages: E*TRADE, Webull, tastytrade, Public, Moomoo, or Wealthsimple. E*TRADE, Webull, tastytrade, and Moomoo cover stocks, ETFs, and options. Public and Wealthsimple cover stocks and ETFs. Your funds stay with your broker on all of them, and you keep the sizing, the risk limits, and the kill switch.
Alpaca cannot receive copied trades through RelayTrades today. If that changes, this page will say so.
What to keep in mind
Copy trading does not remove risk on any broker. The trader you copy can lose money and so can you, even with risk limits in place. RelayTrades is automation software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Alpaca. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
