These terms govern access to and use of RelayTrades, including the website, application, brokerage-connected features, and subscription-based platform services.

RelayTrades is a software platform for signal sharing, brokerage-connected account views, and user-controlled trading automation support. You are responsible for your account, credentials, brokerage permissions, and all activity initiated through your account.
You must use RelayTrades only where permitted by applicable law and by the terms of your brokerage and connected service providers.
RelayTrades is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser. RelayTrades does not provide personalized investment, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance, leaderboard data, strategy history, or social content does not guarantee future results.
Users retain control of their own brokerage accounts. Orders are submitted through connected brokerage infrastructure according to the settings, permissions, and limits configured by the user.
Brokerage connectivity, market data, order routing, order status, fills, and account values may be delayed, unavailable, rejected, or inaccurate due to third-party systems, market conditions, or account restrictions.
RelayTrades may offer paid access to platform features, signal access, or beta/lifetime plans. Fees are charged for software and platform access, not for trading performance.
Billing terms, refunds, and access rules may vary by offer and will be shown during purchase or communicated by RelayTrades.
Users are responsible for posts, messages, profile content, strategy descriptions, and other content they submit. Users may not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.
RelayTrades may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when needed to protect users, the platform, or comply with legal obligations.
RelayTrades is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RelayTrades is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, rejected orders, delayed data, service interruptions, third-party failures, or user configuration errors.
